Onboard Guidelines:
- Pets are not permitted onboard
- Footwear is not allowed on the yacht
- Cooking is not permitted, except for BBQ use
- Red wine and glassware are not allowed onboard
- Water activities are not permitted after 7:00pm for safety reasons
- Smoking is only allowed at the back of the yacht when it is not moving
- Please consume alcohol responsibly; excessive drinking is not permitted
- Only plain balloons are permitted; confetti and similar decorations are not allowed
- Guests are to avoid any unsafe or reckless behaviour that may endanger others or damage the yacht
PURCHASE NOTICE
Wet Weather Policy
Please note that all weather-related decisions, Esora II reserves the right to delay or postpone the charter in the event of bad weather
- All payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Complimentary rescheduling is subject to eligibility, availability, and at least one month’s notice.
- Guests may still be required to proceed to the embarkation point should conditions improve.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
- Less than 14 days’ notice: No refunds or rescheduling permitted
- 15 days to 29 days’ notice: 50% of the booking fee will be refunded
- More than 30 days’ notice: 90% of the booking fee will be refunded
- Complimentary rescheduling applies, subject to conditions
